1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any part of TruOS™ or its related systems, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Intellectual Property
All language, systems, concepts, content, user interfaces, frameworks, and technologies presented within the TruOS™ ecosystem are the proprietary intellectual property of Skye Aurelia and associated companies. No portion may be copied, adapted, redistributed, or integrated into other platforms without written permission.
3. Use of Services
TruOS™ and related systems are provided for personal, creative, and educational use. Commercial applications or redistribution require prior licensing and approval.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate any part of the platform

• Resell access or features without permission

• Interfere with the security or operation of the systems

• Use the software in any unlawful or unauthorized way
  All referenced systems are conceptual platforms under active development. No public technical specification or enabling disclosure is provided or implied through this document.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if any of these terms are violated, or if misuse, abuse, or disruptive behavior is detected.
6. No Guarantees
TruOS™ is provided “as is.” While we aim for excellence and innovation, we make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or outcomes from system use.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skye Aurelia, TruOS™, and affiliated companies are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the software, including loss of data, interruption, or third-party claims.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. law unless otherwise required by applicable international regulations.
